  4. The Town of Indian Trail has three community rooms available for rent at Town Hall. Requests and payment must be made at least 3 weeks in advance from your rental date. Prices vary for residents and nonresidents. Fill out the form below, and you will be contacted by a member of our staff with more information. If you would like to view a room, please submit the form below and email Tabitha at to schedule. Costs are as follows:

  5. Small Room

    Resident - Hourly ($15) ---- 8-hour Full Day ($90)

    Non-Resident - Hourly ($25) ---- 8-hour Full Day ($125)

  6. Medium Room

    Resident - Hourly ($25) ---- 8-hour Full Day ($150)

    Non-Resident - Hourly ($35) ---- 8-hour Full Day ($210)

  7. Large Room

    Resident - Hourly ($50) ---- 8-Hour Full Day ($300) ---- With Kitchen ($30)

    Non-Resident - Hourly ($100) ---- 8-Hour Full Day ($500) ---- With Kitchen ($60)

Town of Indian Trail Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to deny approval of special events that do not comply with Town of Indian Trail’s ordinances and/or policies. Amplified sound is not permitted during normal business hours.
