SCOPE OF WORK: The selected Firm shall develop a watershed management plan that the Town can you as a guiding document. This plan shall incorporate the nine elements the EPA highly recommends be included in any watershed plan intended to address water quality requirements. The firm will also model future conditions utilizing the Town’s current zoning and comprehensive plans in order to recommend possible SCMs throughout the Town limits that will provide needed water quality or flood prevention benefits.
