Overview

The Board of Adjustment is an appointed, quasi-judicial body that hears and decides appeals, Variances and Special Use Permits, and other questions regarding interpretation of the Town's Unified Development Ordinance and Comprehensive Plans.

This Board holds meets at least one time a month, with regularly scheduled meetings on the fourth Thursday of each month.  All meetings are open to the public, and will be advertised in advance.


 Membership and Terms

The Board of Adjustment consists of five regular members and three alternates, with the terms of each determined by the Indian Trail Town Council.  All members and of the Board must be residents within the Town.
