Overview
The Stormwater Advisory Committee was created under Stormwater Control and Management Ordinance chapter of the Town Code for Indian Trail. The Committee first met January of 2007 in cooperation with the Town of Stallings. Both Stallings and Indian Trail both entered a contract with consulting firm Woolpert in order to develop a Stormwater Program. The towns worked jointly on the stormwater program for a year and a half. As of July 2008, Stallings and Indian Trail separated in the Stormwater partnership. At the moment, the Indian Trail Stormwater Advisory Committee is operating almost at full membership and meets monthly in the Indian Trail Civic Building.
