In October 2008, Indian Trail contracted with Research and Training Specialists, Inc. to conduct a scientific survey of the citizens of Indian Trail to determine citizen perceptions, attitudes, needs and expectations. A similar survey was conducted with local business owners. The results of the surveys were presented at the January 13, 2009 Council meeting by Dr. Paul Friday, owner of RTS, Inc. The public was notified of the presentation through the newspaper and town website. Below are links to the results of both surveys along with the PowerPoint slides used in Dr. Friday's presentation.
