Open Fiber USA, a third-party internet provider, is in the process of installing fiber in several Indian Trail neighborhoods and has plans to install in several more neighborhoods in the Town. We understand that this installation process has been inconvenient for some residents. The Town has been in communication with Open Fiber about these concerns. To provide enhanced service and response, Open Fiber has updated its intake ticketing system.
If you encounter problems with fiber installation in your neighborhood, please report these issues directly to Open Fiber. Visit www.openfiberusa.com/contact and click on Construction Issues. You will receive updates about the resolution of your concerns.
