I understand that applications must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the requested date. Once an application has been received by the Town, it will be submitted to the Parks, Arts, Recreation and Culture (PARC) Committee for consideration. The PARC Committee meets every other month (February, April, June, August, October and December) on the first Wednesday. Staff will inform applicants of the status of their request within two business days following the PARC Committee meeting. For approved waivers, staff will issue a permit and collect any applicable fees. Fee waivers may only be granted for facilities that are open and available.
