Shelter/Room Rentals

There are a number of outdoor shelters and indoor rooms available for you to rent for a few hours or the whole day at our parks and Town Hall! So no matter if you're having a birthday party or just looking for a place for your next class or meeting, we have something that will work for you.

We have shelters, sizes medium and small, available for rent at Crooked Creek Park and Chestnut Square Park. Crossing Paths Park also has amenities available for reservation! Take a look at our reservable locations and what they have to offer!

To Reserve a Shelter: 

To reserve a shelter, visit Catalog - Town of Indian Trail and select the 'facilities' icon. Select your desired park, shelter, available date and time, and add to cart. Log in to check out with payment to reserve your shelter!

Payments can be made online, in-person at Indian Trail Town Hall, or over the phone. Payments can be made by credit/debit card, cash or check. If payment is made by credit/debit card, there is a 4% processing fee.

If you are having trouble reserving a shelter, please submit an online application. Staff will contact you within 2 business days. 

Large Community Room

Town Hall Community Rooms

We have three community rooms open for rental at our new Town Hall, at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road. Each room has tables and seating to accommodate your party, training or workshop, and connection to a projector in our large room or wall-mounted television in our small and medium room is available. All rooms have a two-hour minimum and a maximum capacity of 35 people, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Take a look at what each room has to offer here!
