The Fiscal Year 22/23 Spring Resurfacing contract will begin on March 11. The contract includes asphalt patching, asphalt milling, resurfacing, full depth reclamation, concrete curb and sidewalk replacement for Town-owned streets. A list of the streets included in the contract are listed below. The resurfacing contracts are executed in the fiscal year they are budgeted for, but the work typically occurs in the following fiscal year. 

Concrete and pipe replacement work will begin soon followed by paving the streets at a later date. The project representative will also be placing roadway signs 24 hours in advance of resurfacing the streets. Once the signs are placed, there should be NO ON-STREET PARKING the following day.
