The Town of Indian Trail has an opening on its Planning Board for a one-year term. Residency is required.
The Planning Board typically meets once a month and applicants are appointed by Town Council. Board members work to research and debate a number of different issues and policies that come before the Town and make recommendations to the Indian Trail Town Council on the appropriate steps to take.
The Planning Board reviews future growth within the Town and ensures consistency with current plans and regulations, including the Comprehensive Plan, rezoning requests, conditional use permits and more.
