In accordance with Indian Trail Resolution #R160712-03 (adopted in accordance with North Carolina General Stature #160A-266) the Town of Indian Trail has declared the following items under $30,000 to be surplus and is offering the items for sale to the public on a “highest bid process” in “as is” condition. All sales are final; “Bid Winners” will be notified by the Town and items will need to be picked up no later than Wednesday, March 14. Items remaining will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
